Yufuin Station- Yunotsubo kaido street

The main highlight is the walkway from JR Yufuin Station to Lake Kinrin. Tsukahara Onsen, Kakounoizumi spring

Tsukahara Onsen has the second highest acidic value and abundance of aluminum ion, as well as the highest amount of iron ion in Japan.
It is well known as one of the three medicinal hot springs in the country. Merely after a 5-min walk from the hot spring area, you come to see a jigoku (a hell) with floods of hot water and steam.
