Sashimi in our hotel are served with five different kinds of unique soy sauce,
1) Premium soy sauce 2) Plum-flavored soy sauce
3) Japanese Yuzu citrus & pepper soy sauce
4) Japanese Ponzu sauce 5) liver soy sauce
Roll up the sashimi by using your chopsticks and rub it over the jelly-like soy sauce.
Then, add some freshly prepared wasabi and enjoy.
The alcoholic drink before the meal, with the blue bath as its image, is shook and prepared by the bar tender right in front of our guests.
